Does the product include a hanging system?

For our acrylic glass and Forex rigid foam products, we supply an aluminum rail hanging system.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. As we custom-make your order for you,
shipping times may vary. Production is carried out with great care and by hand.
Therefore, shipping can take 4-7 business days depending on the product and size. Please forgive us if there are delays. We cannot influence these due to production and shipping.

A product is not available in the material or size in which I would like to order it.

Where are your products manufactured?

Production is handled by the high-quality
printing service WhiteWall, based in Frechen, Germany. This ensures that I can guarantee you the best quality.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the product, product size, and your shipping address. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process once you have entered your delivery address.

Are purchases excluded from exchange?

All products are excluded from exchange. If you are not satisfied, please contact us using the contact form. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, we would like to point out that for works with a freely selectable size and material, and thus an individual product, the right of withdrawal is excluded, as the created works are custom-made according to your specifications and tailored to your personal needs. For individual products, the right to withdraw from the order is excluded according to § 312 g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (Right of withdrawal and return for distance contracts).

Can I cancel or change an order?

Unfortunately, cancellation or modification after you have submitted the order is not possible, as the ordering process is automated. Please check your shopping cart carefully before completing the order process.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please let us know, and we will do our best to find a solution together with you. Please check your ordered goods for damage immediately upon arrival via postal delivery. Are there serious damages to the packaging? Have product defects such as material damage or printing errors been noticed after unpacking the order?

Should this be the case, we kindly ask you to

Please note: We do not accept returns due to dissatisfaction. The right of return applies exclusively to
damages to the goods or printing errors. You should communicate these defects to us immediately upon receipt of the goods.
