For her shop, Kim Lichtblau has made a careful selection – works that show the depth of her artistic expression. Each motif tells a story, opening a space for emotion and interpretation. "We need art for new impulses or as a mirror within us; sometimes, however, we just want to immerse ourselves in a feeling or be amazed," she says.
Her art is aimed at people who are looking for something special. People who are willing to be touched. People who understand that photography is more than an image – it is an invitation. An invitation to see differently. To feel more deeply. To dream more boldly. "In photography, I feel as if I can create eternity from a fleeting moment."
Kim Lichtblau is one hundred percent self-made. 2022, a Leica, and countless ideas – that's how her photographic journey began. Since then, she has uncompromisingly followed her own vision. She does not see herself as a classical photographer, but rather as a visual artist who works with light, atmosphere, and symbolism, thereby opening up worlds that touch, irritate, comfort, or inspire.
She loves contrasts: "Photography is so diverse, so I don't want to commit myself." Her works move effortlessly between still life, landscapes, art-photographic compositions, portraits, nature, and architectural photography. Each picture bears its own signature – mysterious, poetic, intense. "Photography is both impression and expression for me," she explains. "Everything is interconnected, we are all interconnected, everyone influences someone. Art also connects the world. For the artist, impression becomes expression, and for the viewer, it becomes impression again."
